How the steps are checked
Each site's steps were checked against that site's own opt-out or suppression page in July 2026. Brokers change their process without notice, so every entry links straight to the broker's own opt-out page as the fallback. Some sites didn't make the cut — a broken opt-out, or a site whose own pages contradicted each other — rather than publish steps we couldn't verify. Where our checking found conflicting reports (for example whether BeenVerified and PeopleLooker share an opt-out) we say so and give the safe instruction.
Your progress stays with you
The "done" ticks and step checkmarks are saved in your own browser and never sent to us. The re-check calendar file is generated on request and not stored. There are no accounts.
How we make money
