Opt-out re-check reminders

Opting out isn't a state, it's a snapshot. Pick your brokers, get a calendar file.

Most brokers re-ingest public records continuously, so a listing you removed can quietly come back. The removal is real; it just isn't permanent. The usual failure isn't that re-checking is hard — it's that "later" never arrives.

This builds a calendar file with a recurring reminder per broker, at that broker's own re-listing pace where one is documented. It downloads straight to you — no account, no email address, nothing stored on our end. Open it and your calendar app does the rest.

Which brokers, and how often

9 of these 37 brokers publish (or are widely documented at) a re-listing pace — those use it. The rest fall back to 6 months, which is our default and clearly labelled as ours, not theirs.

Or have something else watch it

A reminder still means you do the work each time. Optery re-checks and re-submits automatically across 380–635+ sites on its own schedule, with a free tier that just shows what's exposed.

The intervals here are a reasonable cadence, not a guarantee — a broker can re-list you the week after you opt out, or never. Where we had no documented figure we used 6 months and said so rather than inventing one.
